About this Blog

I believe in goodness.  I believe that every human being has an energy about them, and I believe that energy, positive or negative, is contagious.

Whenever I encounter a person who radiates positivity, or an experience which is delightfully pure, or laughter that doubles a person over, it makes my soul dance.

Sometimes, in cherishing the beauty of a moment, I feel a sense of panic that I might forget the resplendent details.  (I know:  panic is so non-zen.  I’m learning.)

This blog is a collection of small things, reflections, experiences, people, and photos that bring me tidings of great joy.  May they bring a breath of fresh air to your day, too!

Please note that, although my posts may be laden with the optimism of Mary Poppins, I’m not trying to pretend that I never need to vent, and I’m certainly not trying to undermine any challenges that you (or I) may be facing.   All I’m trying to say is that it feels good to seek and share happiness.

It feels really good.

So, when I have a chance to blog, I will blog about goodness.  I’m gonna find it, feel it, smell it, taste it, soak it up, and drink it in…because all we have is this moment.

Wishing good health and happiness to you and yours.  En-JOY your day!  🙂

Love,
Momma Goose

Road Map to Joy

I started this blog in April of 2010 and changed its theme in August, 2010.

Are you new to the world of blogs?  Here’s a post I wrote in April, explaining the difference between the “Email Me” button and the “Subscribe to my feed” button.

Want to start with my most popular post?  This post, about my Magnificent Momma, brought almost 6,000 hits over Mother’s Day weekend–Wordpress.com featured it their “Freshly Pressed – Best of the Web” page.  That, of course, brought me tidings of great joy!
