Occasionally I will end a post with “Lessons for the Diaper Bag.” This is what I mean by that.

 

 
 

There’s nothing like a properly stocked diaper bag to make a new parent feel like MacGyver in the face of a minor emergency.

Perhaps the most important tool we carry in our bags is the education we’ve gained along our journey.

With every challenge, I ask myself, “how could I have done that better?”

And then I take that lesson and I throw it into tomorrow’s diaper bag.
